TURNKEY IMPLEMENTATION FOR ANY ADULT AUDIENCE
PROVIDING TIMELY AND RELEVANT SOLUTIONS TO MEET EACH LEARNER WHERE THEY ARE
Whether you are looking for a solution to implement on a college campus, in a workplace, with a group of friends and neighbors, or a reputable resource to recommend to a church group or community non-profit, the Know Yourself, Grow Your Wealth® program can be implemented with any group of adult learners.
The program meets you where you are with the critical insights you need to help achieve your financial goals. Whether learning how to fund college, starting an emergency fund, saving for a first-time home, or paying off high-interest debt, gain on-the-go snackable financial insights to help make better financial decisions. Our consumer-focused courses have three main goals:
- Expand your knowledge of yourself and your money
- Build practical skills and capabilities
- Improve financial wellness and reduce stress
Lively discussion forums in each badge focus on each of these points, allowing learners to solidify their knowledge and share their skills and challenges with peers. Return time and time again for easy-to-understand financial knowledge you can apply when facing financial decisions and working to achieve your goals throughout your lifetime.
“This course will open your mind to a lot of opportunities out there. You will literally get to know yourself better.”

SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION:
1. IDENTIFY YOUR AUDIENCE
Knowing exactly who you are targeting will allow for the most successful implementation plan. Think about how this program will best be presented, tracked, and promoted for the identified group.
2. DEFINE YOUR TIMELINE FOR IMPLEMENTATION
Best practices with implementation is to give a start and end date for the program, whether you choose to organize by badge or incorporate the full program is up to you. Keeping the milestones and timelines broken up into bite-sized pieces and incentivizing completion with contests or points in a class are great ways to keep engagement high.
3. INCORPORATE THE PROGRAM INTO AN EXISTING REQUIREMENT OR ACTIVITY
The more you can combine requirements, the better chance you have of keeping engagement high. If this is for a college class, make each badge an assignment or offer extra credit for a badge. If this is with a non-profit group that serves parents of special needs children, offer it as a working session where you can learn together in a supportive environment of peers. If this is for a workplace, create a wellness contest and put folks into groups with the highest badge count winning a free lunch. Be creative, and make financial education and wellness fun and easy!
“I’d like to thank everyone who was involved in making this course possible! It was very well put together and makes financial literacy a real possibility for me and others.”
