The Retirement Course™ is always free to the end consumer. You can partner with The College in distributing The Retirement Course™ at one of three partnership levels.

Create a customized experience specifically for your organization. Enjoy co-branding with your logo and company name included in course material. Customize demographic and knowledge based questions. Eliminate, add or adjust course material — dependent upon The College’s academic review. Build out other customized support and education deliverables based on your organization's needs and priorities.

Receive access to a dashboard tied to your unique Join Link. Understand the demographics of the people you’re sending to the course. Identify their points of interest by the modules they are taking. Understand how your advisors are using the course as a marketing/education tool. Pair the learners with the referring advisor for meaningful follow-up. Receive annual reviews with College personnel to track progress, identify trends and make adjustments.

Simply distribute the open enrollment Join Link inside your organization to employees and outside to clients and prospects. Partnership FAQs
Your organization can benefit from partnering with The Retirement Course™ regardless of the level chosen.
What is open membership access? Open Membership is a general, common access pathway to the program that will be available to Bronze-level partners. This allows any advisor, financial services company, non-profit, agency, or associated organizations to share access to the program at no cost.
What is a unique join link? A private registration link dedicated to your organization.
Is my organization a candidate to be a partner? Any partner may include enterprise-wide financial services companies, independent advisors/agents, agencies, advocacy or charity groups, defined contribution plan providers, employers, payroll companies, CPAs, or any organization that wishes to serve their audience with the content.
How should a financial services company use partnership? Enterprise-wide or independent financial services companies may use the program as an educational value-add to clientele, a nurture component to upsell or provide advice to clients, or as part of a pro-bono service to their community. Free access to the program for a partner’s constituency is intrinsically valuable. It may be used to create attention or as a call to action for any organization. For Silver and Gold partners, aggregate data will be of interest to large organizations who wish to verify the use and/or assign external value to the public.
How do my clients access and use the program?
- Awareness - Learners will, via partner communications, receive a link or QR code to register for the program.
- Registration - Learners will use the link to create an account and be provided with access.
- Learn - Learners will complete an introductory survey and may begin to learn in any of the 4 content areas. Modules will be organized into 4 content areas that a learner may choose in any order.
- Earn - As learners complete each of the 4 content areas, they will earn a digital badge. Knowledge checks will document learning progress in this gamified process.
- Complete - After successful completion of all 4 badges, a learner will complete a final survey and be awarded a certificate of completion.
